Healthy Eating for Scorpio


Scorpio (October 24 - November 22)


Scorpios are fiercely independent. They are able to accomplish anything they put their mind to and they won't give up. They are perfectly suited to being on their own. They are not social butterflies like some other zodiac signs and some actually prefer to live on their own that way there is never any issue of who controls what at home, they like to be in control.

What to Avoid: oily foods, dairy, sweets, yeasty foods, breads and salt.



What to Eat: asparagus, cauliflower, radishes, onions, tomatoes, figs, black cherries, coconuts, milk, cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese, whole-grain breads, fish and seafood, green salads, beets, lentil, almonds, walnuts, citrus fruit, berries, apples, bananas and pineapples.

Crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots garnished with kani, pineapple chunks, soya bacon bits, and sesame seeds. Best with Wasabi Aioli.
