IMPORTANT: Take Note of Your BMI & Ideal Weight

How do you know if you are healthy? Let's look at two ways to determine how healthy your body is - BMI and Ideal Weight :)

BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measurement of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years.

BMI can be used to indicate if you are overweight, obese, underweight or normal. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.

Calculate your BMI now :)

The most accurate assessment of your ideal weight takes into account the composition of your body - how much of your weight is lean body mass (muscle and bone) and how much is body fat. For optimum health, body fat should be no more than 20% of total body weight for men and 30% for women.

Keep in mind that BMI index test & ideal weight are only 2 ways to measure your health. Many other factors also play an important role in your health. As such, having a healthy BMI does not mean that your body is in perfect health.

Here at Chimara, we want to help you be healthy and reach your ideal weight & BMI. Here are a few of our tips & meal recommendations. :)

  • Add more fruits & vegetables to your diet

Crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots garnished with kani, pineapple chunks, soya bacon bits, and sesame seeds. Best with Wasabi Aioli.

  • Eat plenty of carbs, but eat carbs that are slowly digested by the body like whole grain flour, hearty vegetables, oats, and unprocessed grains like brown rice.

Vegetarian meatless hotdog in high fiber multi-grain bun served with low-fat cheese sauce.

  • Don't skip breakfast

Slices of tomatoes, veggie ham, and light cheese with light mayo mustard.

  1. BMI is useless on individual level and was never meant for it. Also, it was pulled out of a mathematician's ass in the 1800s. Oh, and your product looks _utterly_ disgusting. Like, vomit inducing. I don't think I have ever seen anything so unappetizing in my life and my first job involved changing adult diapers. No sane person trying to eat healthy would eat that. So, just letting you know, your science sucks and the crap you are shilling looks horrible. In case you didn't know. I'm only thinking of your health.
