What to Eat: ocean fish, lobster, tuna, oysters, spinach, radishes, celery, cabbage, lettuce, corn, squash, lentils, almonds, walnuts, apples, peaches, pears, lemons, oranges, beets, broccoli, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, pineapple, pomegranates, figs, dates, brown rice, whole wheat, yogurt & natural cheeses.
