Healthy Eating for Gemini


Gemini (May 21- June 20)


Gemini are extremely independent. They will not be pinned down by anyone or any rules. They need to experience the world on their own. Change and freedom are extremely important to Gemini, they will never let anyone dictate them, they are extremely independent and freedom is essential to their mental well being.

Strengths:

- Energetic
- Clever 
- Imaginative
- Witty
- Adaptable

What to Avoid: Raw foods, grains, rootcrops (potatoes and radishes), yeasty foods, refined sugar.




What to Eat: Plums, oranges, grapefruit, grape juice, raisins, apples, lettuce, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, celery, green beans, tomatoes, vegan yogurt, almonds, cayenne, garlic, and ginger

Our Orange "Chicken" would be a perfect meal for you Geminis :)


Crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber tossed with mock chicken chunks, orange segments, corn, raisins, and peanuts. Best with Creamy Yogurt.

Discipline yourself to make smart, nutritious food choices but remember that the main ingredient of your meals should always be FUN.
